Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, because your order is custom-made and printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or process size and colour exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrectly ordered sizes. Please carefully review our Size Guide before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products! If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is the incorrect item, we are happy to replace it for you at no additional cost.

To file a claim:
  • Time frame: You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Evidence: Please send a detailed description and clear photographs of the issue to hello@honestgraftco.com
Once our team reviews the photos and verifies the issue, we will process a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within our standard delivery time frame, please contact us immediately. We will submit a problem report to check the tracking status. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will send a free replacement.

Wrong Addresses & Unclaimed Shipments

If you or the recipient provide an insufficient address or fail to claim the package, it will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated, valid address.
